AT&T and Verizon Wireless are selling 32GB iPhone 4 models for $199.99, and 16GB ones for $149.99, in anticipation of the iPhone 4S that will be taking its place.
Bear in mind, it's close-out merchandise, subject to more strict return policy. (AT&T is saying no "exchanges.")
While we recommend anyone going for an iPhone right now to pre-order a 4S, those who care more about internal storage than the new features may want to jump on it. It's certainly an interesting way to save up to $100 and still get an iPhone that on the outside is virtually indistinguishable from the early adopters.
