Adult film actress Aoi Sora arrives for the opening ceremony of the Hong Kong Asian Film Festival 2010 in Hong Kong, China.

There is no implied contract on Twitter, legal or social, which demands that you follow all those who follow you. That hasn't stopped a40-something Japanese man from suing a porn star because she ignored hisongoing tweets to follow him back on the microblogging site.

According to the Tokyo Reporter, a Japanese man claimingto be an education reporter used multiple Twitter accounts in an attempt togain the attention of  Aoi Sora, a porn star knownfor her lead roles in “Revenge: ALove Story,” (described by the Tokyo Times as a"psycho-sexualthriller") as well as a film named for an amply-endowed female zombie(the title of which is totally NSFW). His daily tweet-pleas reportedly read somethinglike this:

"I am a fan of yours; pleasefollow me,” “Please consider following,” “How’s work? Your English is gettingbetter. Please follow me,” and, in the end, he wrote in English, “Please followme."

Sora, who has more than 333K Twitter followers, is a bitof a Twitter siren it seems. The actress is famous in China, where Twitter is blocked. Sora is so popular that when she launched her Twitter account in April, it caused an "instant online reaction," Chinese news blog Danwei reported. Some  questioned whether it really was Sora, and fans reportedly shared software that allowed them to access the blocked site.

That's why the man Sora wouldn't follow says he reached out to the actressin the first place, according to the Tokyo Reporter. Apparently, "heexplained in vain that he made the requests in order to find out what actuallyhappened regarding Aoi being singled out in a controversy that surfaced inChina."

Since she wouldn't reply, the man, it seems, is launching new a Sora-centered Twittercontroversy of his own.

Good luck with that.
