Despite pot legalization in 2 states, wrinkles exist

Voters in Washington and Colorado approved measures Tuesday that would legalize the possession of one ounce of marijuana in their respective states. However, the laws may be a bit more complicated than some people may think. CNBC's Brian Shactman reports.
