July 31:  Julianne Cho, associate Commissioner of the Mayor's Office of Film, Theatre and Broadcasting for NYC is indicating the city to require any group of two or more people who want to film, videotape or take still pictures in a public place in N.Y. for 30 minutes or more to get a city permit and a million dollars in liability insurance.
