32 dealers are swept off the streets of Charleston Farms, thanks to a new program devised by US Attorney Bill Nettles. The streets are safer but the last step of the plan shocks Detectives Charity Prosser and Jamel Foster. Eight low level dealers are given a choice….no arrest IF they agree to an unorthodox "deal".
