First gay Eagle Scout to test Boy Scout ban

Pascal Tessier is widely recognized as the first openly gay scout awarded Eagle, scouting's highest honor. He has been hired by a New York Boy Scout affiliate to work in as a summer camp counselor, a move that could force a showdown with the national organization over its policy.
