Pooch crowned world’s tiniest working dog
A 3-year-old Yorkshire terrier named Lucy, weighing in at just 2.5 pounds, has been crowned the smallest working dog in the world by the Guinness Book of World Records. WCAU-TV’s Ted Greenberg reports.
