Baldwin ‘honored’ to be first openly gay senator
In front of a roaring crowd, Tammy Baldwin says she is “honored and humbled” to serve not only as Wisconsin’s first female U.S. senator, but also as the country’s first openly gay member of Congress’ upper house.
