Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu delivers remarks on the recent air strike that killed Hamas military leader Ahmad Jabari, saying the nation “will not tolerate rocket and missile attacks on civilians” and is “prepared to take whatever action is necessary” to defend its people.
