Boeing ‘SPUDS’ test examines airliner Wi-Fi

Boeing engineers are using potatoes in place of people to test Wi-Fi signals on commercial jets in a procedure called "Synthetic Personnel Using Dielectric Substitution" or "SPUDS." KING’s Glenn Farley reports.
