Sen. McConnell: We’re ‘very, very close’ to agreement

Sen. Mitchell McConnell, R-Ky., says he is “happy to report” that both sides of the fiscal cliff debate have reached an agreement on “all of the tax issues” and recommends passing the tax-relief portion of the compromise now, while congress continues to negotiate spending cuts.
