Rep. Grimm calls stalled Sandy relief ‘inexcusable’

Rep. Michael Grimm, R-N.Y., says his constituents in Sandy-ravaged Staten Island are “losing hope” as lawmakers push back a vote on a Senate-passed relief plan for victims of the October Superstorm and calls the lack of action “inexcusable.”
