Dog owner fined for neighbors’ ‘unwanted’ pup?
A woman in Louisiana says she received a ticket after neighbors filed a complaint with police stating her dog snapped at their children and allegedly impregnating their pooch with an “unwanted” pup. KPLC’s Gerron Jordon reports.
