Kerry: Gone from being sworn at to being sworn-in
Speaking at a Department of State event, where he was ceremonially sworn-in by Vice President Biden, Secretary of State John Kerry jokingly says, "As a recovering politician, I've grown used to being sworn at, it's nice to be sworn-in."
