Dogs find newborn baby still alive in plastic bag

A newborn baby girl was discovered wrapped inside a plastic grocery bag outside an apartment complex in Texas by a woman who was walking her dogs. The pets had picked up on a scent coming from the bag. KPRC’s Keith Garvin reports.
