Senators to White House: Take Ghaith to Gitmo
Alongside Sen. Kelly Ayotte, R-N.H., Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., says he’s putting the Obama administration “on notice” for reportedly going around Congress and sneaking the “spokesman for 911,” Abu Ghaith, into New York City for detainment rather than taking the alleged enemy combatant to Guantanamo Bay to await a hearing.
