UK bomb expert: ‘Low explosive’ used at Boston Marathon

Former British explosives expert Chris Hunter weighs in on the deadly blasts at the Boston Marathon, commenting that both bombs “had white smoke and that's 100 percent indicative of a low explosive ... It’s a low-power explosive that’s been confined in something like a cup or tube or plumber’s pipe.”
