DOD still can't explain $34 million unused building
Department of Defense Procurement Director Richard Ginman testifies Tuesday on Capitol Hill in front of a Senate committee about how a $34 million U.S. military building was constructed in Afghanistan. The structure has yet to be used and reportedly will have to be torn down before American military members pull out of the region.
