Mumbai marks fifth anniversary of terror attacks

In observance of the fifth anniversary of the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks that killed 166 people, Indian officials lay wreaths a memorial site. Meanwhile, Mumbai’s police commissioner says they are “much better prepared” now than they were before.
