Rain ‘a blessing’ on day of Mandela memorial

Heavy rain falls in Johannesburg as South Africans and people from around the world gather at FNB Stadium to remember Nelson Mandela. Special correspondent Charlayne Hunter-Gault explains that “rain is a blessing in South Africa,” failing to dampen spirits of mourners.
