UN Secretary-General urges peace in South Sudan

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon announced the Security Council's unanimous decision to increase the UN's peacekeeping force in South Sudan by 5,500. But he also added that there is no military solution to the fighting going on between rival ethnic factions.
