Study Shows Link Between Hand Grip Strength and Heart Attack

Researchers at McMaster University in Canada found for every 10 pounds lost of grip strength, there was a 17 percent higher likelihood of dying from heart attack or stroke and that testing grip strength could be an easy and inexpensive way of assessing risk of cardiovascular disease.
