Bill takes aim at college sexual assault

California lawmakers are considering a first-of-its-kind bill that supporters hope will prevent sexual assault on college campuses. Under the proposal, all colleges that receive public funding must come up with a standard to define “affirmative consent.” Kristen Welker discusses with California State Sen. Kevin de Leon, who introduced the bill.
