Bush: Bin Laden saw Iraq as staging ground

May 23: In a commencement address Wednesday at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, President Bush cited de-classified intelligence suggesting Osama bin Laden wanted to use an al-Qaida cell in Iraq to plan attacks against the U.S. NBC's David Gregory reports.
