FEMA still using toxic trailers

July 19: Thousands of FEMA trailers still house victims from hurricanes Katrina and Rita despite claims they are a health hazard because of formaldehyde. If they knew about the concerns, why didn't FEMA act sooner? NBC's Mark Potter reports.
