Can America fix its aging infrastructure?

July 21: The recent steam pipe explosion in New York killed one person and injured dozens. It has focused new attention on city support systems under tremendous strain.  Fixing the problems will put budgets under pressure as repairs could run more than 1.6 trillion dollars. NBC’s Lee Cowan has an in-depth report.
