Sensitive U.S. military items for sale

April 9: Thermal patches that indicate to Americans who their fellow soldiers are in the dark through night-vision goggles can be purchased very easily, raising the risk that enemy combatants could disguise themselves as U.S. troops. NBC's Lisa Myers reports.
