High turnout means problems at the polls?
Nov. 1: Around the country, legal skirmishes are going on over voter registration lists, possible voting machine problems and other potential irregularities. With a record-shattering 188 million voters registered nationwide, experts predict that record turnout will translate into problems at the polls. NBC’s Lisa Myers reports.
