Economy tops Obama’s presidential to-do list

Nov. 8: In his first radio address as president-elect, Barack Obama focused on the need to hit the ground running when he assumes power in January. As NBC’s Savannah Guthrie reports, the Obama team is seeking to project calm – and competence – at a time when bad financial news is mounting.
