Project runway: Airports add more landing strips

Nov. 20: New runways opened at Washington Dulles, Chicago O'Hare and Seattle-Tacoma International airports Thursday, accommodating 300,000 more take-offs and landings and hopefully cutting down on future delays. NBC's Brian Williams reports.
