Amid turmoil, odometer fraud accelerates

Nov. 23: Thieves have been rolling back the odometers of automobiles for nearly as long as cars have been on the road. But now, thanks to a sluggish economy, experts say odometer fraud is on the rise. NBC’s Jim Popkin reports.
