Polls say nay to Wall St. bailout

Dec. 9: Americans are evenly split on the issue of an auto industry bailout, according to a recent NBC/WSJ poll, but when asked about the bailout of the financial industry,  a majority of those polled disapprove. CNBC's Phil LeBeau reports.
