More layoffs, some payoff

Dec. 11: Bank of America announced plans to cut thousands of jobs in the next three years following its merger with Merrill Lynch, while laid-off workers at a now-closed window factory in Chicago have reached a severance agreement with the company. NBC's Brian Williams reports.
