Auto workers alarmed by temporary shutdowns

Dec. 13: Come January, GM will temporarily close its assembly plant in Hamtramck, Mich., in an attempt to survive plummeting demand. As NBC’s Ron Allen reports, many workers fear that brief shutdowns will become permanent.
