What's up with the air in Tehran?    

Dec. 16:  A breath of clean air is all residents of Tehran want.  Air pollution blankets the city, leaving some residents suffering from a range health issues from burning eyes to respiratory problems. NBC's Ali Arouzi reports from Tehran.
