U.S. reaches out to Iran, Russia

March 31: Secretary of State Hillary Clinton Tuesday made good on the Obama administration's promise to engage Iran and took steps toward repairing the U.S. relationship with Russia during an international  conference on Afghanistan. NBC's Chief Foreign Affairs Correspondent Andrea Mitchell reports from The Hague.
