Line dance on Capitol Hill

May 13:  Some may stand in line for hours for Springsteen or World Series tickets, but in the Nation's Capitol, some stand in line to hold a place for someone else.  These so-called “line standers” are paid by lobbyists -- up to $25 an hour -- and it’s perfectly legal.  NBC's Kelly O'Donnell reports.
