Britain's speaker resigns over expenses scandal

May 19: For the first time in three centuries, the Speaker of The House of Commons has resigned. As NBC's Jim Maceda reports, Labour Party veteran Michael Martin was forced out after it was revealed that Members of Parliament had been using taxpayer money to pay personal expenses.
