California's gay-marriage ban stands

May 26: California's Supreme Court issued a much-anticipated decision on Proposition 8 Tuesday, upholding the state's voter-approved ban on same-sex marriage, but also ruling that gay couples who tied the knot before the ban was approved last November are still legally married. NBC's Miguel Almaguer reports.
