Study links teen depression to bedtimes

June 9: A new study shows teenagers who get to bed by 10pm on school nights have better mental health. Teens who stay up past midnight during the week, are more likely to be depressed or suicidal. Dr. Charles Bae, who specializes in sleep disorders at the Cleveland Clinic explains.
