Senate gives FDA new power to regulate tobacco

June 11: The Senate passed sweeping measures Thursday permitting the federal government to restrict product labeling, warnings, advertising and sales of cigarettes, as well as prohibiting the addition of flavors like strawberry and spice to tobacco. NBC's Kelly O'Donnell reports.
