U.S. updates: Ford outsells Toyota; Woman in stable condition after river rescue

July 1:  Ford outsold Toyota in the U.S. for the third month in a row; and thanks to a dramatic rescue by a construction worker, one of two people who fell into the Des Moines River Tuesday after their boat capsized survived and was reported to be in stable condition Wednesday. NBC’s Brian Williams reports.
