Mississippi rising: Town elects first black mayor

July 3: Philadelphia, Miss., was a town more known for the 1964 murders of three civil rights workers, as featured in the film "Mississippi Burning." This weekend, its residents celebrate the election of its first black mayor. NBC’s Mark Potter reports.
