Obama defrosts chilly dealings with Russia

July 6: Working to repair strained relations between Russia and the U.S., President Barack Obama met with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev Monday and announced agreements to cut Cold War-era nuclear weapons and let American troops fly in Russian airspace. NBC's Chief White House Correspondent Chuck Todd reports from Moscow.
