Remembering Robert McNamara

July 6: Robert McNamara, the primary architect of America's policy in Vietnam during the Kennedy and Johnson Administrations who came to regret much of what his team of "the best and the brightest" did at the time, died Monday. He was 93. NBC's Brian Williams reports.
