Serious security flaws found in federal buildings

July 8: A government report has exposed major flaws in security at U.S. federal buildings: investigators smuggled in bomb-making materials, constructed actual bombs and went undetected in 10 out of 10 buildings they tested. NBC's Kelly O'Donnell reports.
