Retail sales down; deal could spring GM from bankruptcy

July 9: A survey of shopping centers found that sales at retail stores were worse than expected in June; and a federal judge has cleared the way for GM to sell its good assets to a "New GM" that will be owned largely by taxpayers. NBC's Brian Williams reports.
