Girl's broken heart healed itself after transplant

July 14: Sixteen-year-old Hannah Clark is a typical teenager who likes to shop and hangout with her friends. Seeing her now, it's impossible to know she suffered cardiac failure as a toddler and had a donor heart grafted onto her own. The transplant was removed 10 years later and she is now fully recovered.  ITV's Salma Siraj reports.
