Lines are drawn in health care battle

July 15: As the Obama administration pushes for a finished health care bill by August, Democrats in the House and Senate on Wednesday put forward their plans, which included tax increases and requirements that employers help pay for insurance. NBC's Capitol Hill Correspondent Kelly O'Donnell reports.
