Critics see speed bumps on road to better broadband

July 20: With more than 60 percent of Americans lacking access to affordable internet service, broadband has become a big-ticket item on the economic stimulus spending list, but the agency charged with overseeing improvements suffers from efficiency issues of its own. NBC's Lisa Myers reports.
